Vendor Policy

Here, the venue owners are referred to as ‘Vendors’ and End consumer or the person placing the booking or using service from Venue Pik for Venue booking will be referred as ‘ Customers’.

No. Of Bookings

In case Vendor chooses a package offered by Venue Pik in which certain number of Confirmed bookings is mentioned, if Venue Pik fails to full fill the mentioned number of confirmed bookings, in such scenario the remaining number of Confirmed bookings will be carried forward to the next Subscribed timeframe. If customer chooses not to continue with Venue Pik as a paid vendor, in such scenario the remaining number of Confirmed Bookings will get nullified.

No of potential leads will vary according to the season and market footfall in certain areas. Venue Pik does not guarantee fixed number of ‘Customer leads’ given to the Vendor who has subscribed to any package offered by Venue Pik.

Payment Option

Vendors will be liable to pay the Subscription amount in Full advance via Cheque, cash, online transfer or Paytm. Vendor is liable to provide Pan Card copy, Adhar Card copy in case of any payment by cash above Rs49,000.No refunds in case of subscription cancellation (Any reason whatsoever).

In case of Confirmed Bookings or Customer chooses to book via Venue Pik, Venue Pik Will take 20% from the customer as the booking amount (Venue Pik Will Pay the Vendor 10% On Behalf Of Customer & Rest 10% Will Be Venue Pik Commission), Rest Of Payment Customer Will Pay You According To Your Terms(For Desired Leads)


After Confirmation, if Customer cancels the booking within 24 hours of the booking time and date. Vendor is liable to refund the booking amount recieved by him

If vendor cancel’s the confirmed booking then they need to refund the full amount to Venue Pik within 7 working days.

Change Of Date

If customer chooses to change the date of the booking or function, customer has to pay the charge as per Vendor’s date change policies to the Vendor plus handling charges of Rs5000 paid directly to Venue Pik. Only applicable in case of, the desired dates are available after submitting the request to the Vendor at least 10 days prior to the function. If customer is not ready to continue with the booking, no amount shall be refunded to the customer.

If Vendor denies the booking after confirmation, Vendor is liable to refund the total advance paid by customer.
